The story
A holiday tradition turned into a year-round way to improve properties.
Brendan Collins has spent 20 years doing lighting work in Bakersfield. In 2008, he turned the holiday-lighting tradition he grew up with into a local company. The work was simple at first: helping homes feel brighter and more memorable during the season.
Homeowners kept asking what could be improved the rest of the year. That question is where the landscape lighting work came from — paths, trees, garden beds, architecture, patios, and pool areas that were dark every night, not just in December.
