Seven Oaks, CA
Detailed lighting for established homes, courtyards, and stonework.
Overview
Seven Oaks properties tend to have finished hardscape, mature planting, and architecture worth showing: stone, columns, gables, and detailed entries.
The work here is precision rather than volume. Beams stay tight, sources stay hidden, and color temperature stays consistent so the whole elevation reads as one composition.

Local detail
Existing concrete, pavers, and pool decks limit where wire can run. Rather than cut finished surfaces, we route around them, bore where necessary, and place transformers to shorten the hardest runs.
Mature planting works in our favor: shrubs and beds hide fixtures and wire that would be exposed on a newer property.
Process
We start with the existing pavers, concrete, walls, beds, and mature plants that the installation must work around.
Wire paths and transformer placement are chosen to limit disturbance to finished surfaces and established beds.
Fixture positions are reviewed for the entry, walls, courtyards, trees, and views from inside the home.
The final pass controls glare and balances architectural light with the depth of the surrounding landscape.
